How it works:

1. Look through our online store and note the design/collection name you like.
2. Please email us your order, including the design name, product name, and quantity of any adapted design items you would like with the rest of your order.
3. You can mix and match adapted design items with your regular order to reach the minimum order value of £250.
4. We will provide digital proofs of all “adapted design” products ordered.
5. We will manufacture and fulfil your order as soon as you sign off on the text placement and font.

If you want something unique in every way, our team will create a fully bespoke design for you.

How it works:

1. Please provide us with a brief. The brief can include:
   • Photographs of your town or shop.
   • Information on the local area.
   • Design styles.
   • Any text you would like.
2. Email us your order, including the product names, quantities, and items you would like from our standard range.
3. You can mix and match bespoke souvenirs and adapted design items to reach a minimum value for your first order of £450. Standard products do not count towards this minimum or value. Subsequent orders for the same design will have the regular £250 minimum spend (which can be mixed with standard items).
4. We will provide digital proofs of your design and work with you to ensure you are delighted with the design.
5. We will then provide digital proofs for each product ordered.
6. As soon as you sign off on the design, we will manufacture and fulfil your order.
