How Do I Register with Hill Interiors for a Trade Account?

To view Mustard and Gray's current wholesale prices and place orders you must first register with us. You can start your order straight away and we will review your information. If you require additional information to verify your business we will contact you via email.

When you register your login information will allow you to view products, prices, packaging information, RRP's and place an initial order with us.

What is the Minimum Order Value?

WHOLESALE ORDERS: The current minimum order amount is £250 exclusive of VAT (this total can include both in and out of stock items). Your order can be comprised of both 'in stock' and 'pre-order' items as long as the total value of all items reaches the minimum order value. For example, your first order with Mustard and Gray could be made up of £175 of goods in stock and £75 that are pre-order.

DROPSHIP ORDERS: There is no minimum order value when placing an order for Dropship delivery to your end customer.

PLEASE NOTE: UNDER SALE CONDITIONS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE MAY CHANGE AND WILL BE DISPLAYED PROMINENTLY ON THE FRONT OF THE WEBSITE

What are the Delivery Costs and Delivery Times?

DROPSHIP ORDERS: Your account manager will clarify the best possible shipping costs for each item you add to your Drop-Shipping catalogue. These will be charged at cost. We use Royal Mail and UPS as our delivery partners.

WHOLESALE ORDERS: All orders over the value of £1000 are sent carriage free* via a 3 day delivery service via UPS or Pallet delivery. Please note that pre-order items will be sent on a separate delivery as soon as available.

For offshore customers (such as Northern Ireland/Channel Islands/Scottish Highlands & Islands) and International locations, the cost of shipping will be dependent on the size and weight of the consignment. The rates will vary and we will contact you with shipping costs before any payment is taken and the order despatched. We may need to use an alternative shipping company with international orders and these will require different shipping transit times. A guide to international shipping rates can be seen here.

As an approximation orders within Europe can take 2-5 working days, North America/Asia/Africa/Australasia 4-10 working days from dispatch.

Please note if you believe that your order has been delivered in poor condition please do not sign for it and return it to the sender (Mustard and Gray) with the driver.

Can I specify delivery details & times?

If you have a specific requirement with delivery then please let us know via email and we can try our best to fulfil that for you.

What are my payment options?

CARD PAYMENTS: Our card payment system offers secure payment processing. No card details are stored on our system and Hill Interiors staff do not even see them.

PAYPAL: If you would prefer to checkout and pay for your order with PayPal we are now pleased to offer you that option.

INVOICE/BACS: We offer an invoice option at checkout. We require full payment via BACS before we can dispatch your order. If you would like 30 day payment terms please contact us.

Please Note: All dropshipping orders must be paid for at the time of placing an order regardless of whether stock is available or not.

Why Can't I Login to the Website?

If you can not log into our website 'get password' request form under the login. This will email the password back to the email address associated with the account. If you have placed an order with us in the past then please do not re-register.

If you have never visited our website before and you wish to trade with us then please register with us and we will get you a password.

An item has Arrived Damaged?

Mustard and Gray will pack and send out your order from our workshop in perfect condition. We use multiple carriers including, UPS, Royal Mail and DHL for shipment of parcels or pallets and they have a good quality service. On receipt of your delivery, you must inspect your pallets or parcels for any damages or discrepancies whilst the driver is there and before you sign for the delivery. If there are damages then do not sign for the delivery or sign for as "damaged". We are not able to make any claim or replace damaged items unless the items have been signed for as damaged with the driver. Please email all queries regarding damages including photographic evidence to vicky@mustardandgraytrade.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER!

Do Hill Interiors Dropship or deliver direct to the public?

Yes! We are pleased to now able to able offer a drop ship service, or DHD (Direct Home Delivery) service. Simply contact us at accounts@mustardandgraytrade.com and agree the items you would like to list on your website or online marketplace. We will provide you with delivery options for each item. You can them take your customers order and we will sort the rest! All we ask is that you respect your fellow traders, and price to the RRP at a minimum.

How do I know if an Item is in Stock, or When it will be in Stock?

Please see the description of each item for it's stock status and dispatch lead time.

IN STOCK: Our in stock items are ready to dispatch in 3-5 days.

DUE IN: These items are close to being back in stock. We will give an estimated due date on all "due in" stock. If there are any unforeseen delays with Due In stock we will contact you with a new lead time.

PRE-ORDER: These orders will be sent to our British manufacturing partners when you place an order. An approximate lead time is listed on each.

HAND-CRAFTED TO ORDER: On some items we hand-craft each item. A lead time is available for each.  

If you require stock for a specific date please contact us and we will do all we can to improve the lead-times.

Can I get discounts?

At Mustard and Gray we have worked our prices out keenly while ensuring we can continue to source the majority of our products from our UK manufacturing partners. The only further discount we can give our wholesale customers is if you buy large quantities of our products. Please contact us to discuss this further.

Dropship orders will always be subject to the full trade price of the products dispatched. Any offer or discount code cannot be applied to a dropship order.

Can I get these products cheaper?

When you buy wholesale from Mustard and Gray you are buying direct from the designers. Non of our products are available for wholesale from other companies.  

I want one of these for myself but don't have a shop?

Can I use your photographs on my website?

Yes, we have a Dropbox account specifically for sharing our images with you. If you contact us at accounts@mustardandgraytrade.com we will provide you with access to thisDropbox. We are always adding to our product photos.

If you would prefer we can send you photos via WeTransfer.

Do you Ship Overseas (After Brexit)?

Mustard and Gray can ship wholesale orders internationally. We can deliver to your chosen address or forward to a freight forwarder, which ever you prefer. We are currently trading using the EXW or DAP incoterms and can provide packing lists and commercial invoices with the shipment. Under EXW terms you 'the buyer' will make all the shipping arrangements and be responsible for customs declarations. Under DAP terms we "the Seller" delivers the goods to the final destination of the buyer. The seller assumes all risks with the shipping and arranges a third party to load the goods for shipment. The Buyer is only responsible for paying the customs fee and clearing the goods for clearance. The buyer also pays to unload the goods at the final destination.

If you place the order online over £850 we do not add shipping at checkout as we will need to calculate and quote you shipping before the order is confirmed (this ensures you pay the lowest possible shipping price for your order). We use a number of services and fast parcel delivery services to get products to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are currently unable to ship dropship orders to the EU. This is because we are unable to make customs declarations on your behalf.
