Important Update: EU Drop-Shipping Temporarily Paused

While we’re excited to expand our drop-shipping services, we’ve had to temporarily suspend shipping into the EU. Don’t worry—we’re working hard to get this sorted. Once we resume, you’ll need to provide a shipping label and a commercial invoice detailing your transaction with your customer. You’ll also need a GB EORI number, and if you’re shipping to Northern Ireland, an XI EORI number too. We’ll keep you posted with any updates!

The Essentials You Need to Know

What Does It Cost?
You’ll pay the full trade price for each product shipped, plus a handling fee based on the order size:

  • £2.50 on orders under £20

  • £4.50 on orders from £20 to £99.99

  • £13.50 on orders from £100 to £249.99

  • £32.50 on orders over £250

Please note: Discounts or offer codes don’t apply to drop-ship orders. All orders must be paid for at the time of placing the order, even if stock isn’t immediately available.

How Does Delivery Work?
Choose the delivery method that works best for you:

  1. Use Our Delivery Partners: We’ll dispatch your orders via Royal Mail or UPS and simply recharge you the delivery cost.*

  2. Use Your Own Courier: Prefer your own courier? No problem. Just set our warehouse as the collection point and email orders@mustardandgraytrade.com with the courier details. Wait for a despatch note before arranging collection to ensure everything’s packed and ready.

We don’t make a profit on shipping costs—you’ll only pay what it costs us to deliver. We’re committed to keeping your shipping affordable and reliable.

How to Place an Order
Once you’re set up for drop-shipping and have eligible products assigned to your account, just email us your orders. Send a PDF packing slip or simply include the order and shipping details in your email. Forward your orders to orders@mustardandgraytrade.com, and we’ll send you tracking info for every shipment.

Returns Policy
We accept returns under two conditions:

  1. The product arrives damaged and is reported within 48 hours.

  2. We’ve sent the wrong item.

Where to Get Product Information and Images
We’ve got a product feed packed with all the info and images you need to make your listings shine. Reach out to accounts@mustardandgraytrade.com for access to product specs and high-quality images.

Payment Terms
All drop-ship orders are paid via invoice. We’ll send an invoice within 24 hours of receiving your order, and payment is due on receipt.
